Mindfulness Meditation Personal Brand Mini Shoot – Anais from Present Brave & Kind Meditation
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Anais from Present Brave & Kind Meditation, a beautiful service dedicated to helping parents transform their lives through mindfulness meditation. From the moment we met, we instantly bonded over motherhood, running a business, and that unmistakable connection when you just know you’ve met your people.
Anais had been photographed before, but this time was different—it wasn’t a family photo shoot; it was all about her brand. She wanted images that captured the essence of mindfulness, calm, and presence, which can be a challenge to visualise since meditation is such an inward practice. We focused on creating soft, serene imagery that reflected her peaceful approach, while also allowing her vibrant personality to shine through. The result? A beautiful balance of calm, quiet moments filled with warmth and genuine connection.
This shoot took place during the Spring round of Click & Connect, our Personal Brand Mini Shoot event designed specifically for business owners looking to refresh their professional images. Each attendee gets a dedicated 15-minute session to capture authentic, on-brand photos perfect for websites, social media, and marketing. While one business is being photographed, the others can make the most of the co-working space, creating a productive and inspiring environment for everyone involved.
Anais was an absolute dream to photograph. Her natural ease in front of the camera, combined with her infectious laughter, made for a session filled with joy, connection, and authenticity. The final images beautifully reflect both the peacefulness of her mindfulness practice and the warmth of her personality. I can’t wait to see how these photos support her journey and inspire the parents she works with.
